Denae Williams

Hello. My name is Denae Williams. I am 20 years old and a member of the Fort McDermitt Paiute-Shoshone Tribe. I am currently located in Arizona, where I was born and raised. I graduated high school in May of 2021 and have recently completed all the required courses for my Associates in Arts degree in the summer of 2024. During my sophomore year of high school, I was fortunate enough to enter into an early college program called the ACE program which helped me accelerate my academic process and allowed me to complete my degree coursework faster. My goal is to gain steady employment in the technology field, where I can grow and develop in a world that is continuously evolving tech-wise. I aspire to become financially independent to the point where I can become a homeowner, and to also be a part of the evolving technological landscape. I hope to develop more skills and have a larger variety of career opportunities available to join the future.
